These are life lessons if understood carry life-long change and personal development leading toward fulfilment in life.

Each student should leave this class with insight into ancient cultural perspectives about the body. You will be introduced to current values expressed in our culture, how our government now views the human body and how those values play out in the larger cultural narrative. This information is communicated in a way in which you as the student will see Gods hand in human affairs and be able to articulate with efficiency the position of the believer on these cultural issues.

This course is designed to move an organization one person at a time from where they are to where they need to be in their leadership capacity. Transformation is a fluid idea and never one that is static. You will learn that transformational leadership is the single most important way to impact any organization. There is no limit to the potential of this class.

You will learn regardless of the outer circumstances how to stay focused and balanced. Emotional Intelligence is a major factor in the development of a leader’s life. You will learn from life greatest leader, Jesus, and how he managed all his relationships while exercising the intelligence needed to remain true to his lifes mission.

You will know the foundations of the Christian faith and how to walk that faith out in very practical ways. The journey through James also provides a window into the soul of a man who was named a pillar and prominent leader of the Jerusalem community. He was also the younger brother of Jesus which many believe impacted his understanding of how the Christian life is to be lived out.

Since everything rises and falls on leadership what you will learn reinforces that idea and equips you with the practical tools for enlarging your leadership capacity. The distinctives of leadership will be reviewed to help determine your ability to lead and to measure your capacity.

Each student will learn what it means when Jesus said we are to build on a rock (Mt 7:24). Since Jesus being the inaugurator of the Kingdom of God, he serves as the foundation that determines how high we can build. These ethical practices of Jesus integrated in our thinking, decision making and choices position us for longevity. This among several other outcomes produces the life of faith we seek as a Kingdom citizens.
