Vision

In the present-day non-religious society, secular values have taken over the culture. The majority of leadership materials accessible in bookstores or online are based on secular concepts, strategies, and values, which frequently disregard or underestimate the leadership qualities taught by Jesus.

In order to address the demand for leaders who exemplify the traits sought by God, the Initiatives Leadership Institute was established. God's standards for leadership remain the same in the present as they did in the past. God looks at the heart, not just outward appearance (I Samuel 16:7).

We need leaders who are guided by the gospel and who have the bravery to uphold truth in their thoughts, words, and deeds. The institute provides an atmosphere in which these traits can be cultivated and fortified.

Our Mission

Theological clarity: To live a Christian life that is faithful to one's beliefs in personal relationships and career pursuits, it is essential to obtain the knowledge and comprehension that is necessary. This means that a certain level of theological understanding is required in order to uphold Christian values and principles.

Cultural engagement: Cultivate a Christ-like heart for the lost and develop the habits of life that promote personal engagement with the people Jesus died to save.

Missional Innovation: Develop the observation, analysis, and application skills necessary for fruitful Christian ministry.
