Content:
Jesus taught many lessons on leadership that we could draw from. This lesson consists
of four specific approaches Jesus engaged in with his disciples. These lessons show his
patience, his faith in what he saw, and his ability to understand humanity in a very deep
sense. We see the heart of Jesus in all these teachings. One must study his words, his
deportment, and how he approached his disciples based of the depth of his
understanding of them.
Learning Outcomes
Each student should leave this class with a greater insight into the depth of leading
people, but more importantly how well Jesus knew himself and his ability. The learning
outcome will be a picture of the compassionate Christ, the principled-centered Christ
and a man fully submitted to God. These are life lessons if understood carry life-long
change and personal development leading toward fulfillment in life.

Students should be in a position to:
1. View leading others with a higher capacity of knowledge and the Jesus way.
2. Know that the student has been exposed to the character of Christ which is
transferable.
3. To ensure one’s ability to ask and answer questions regarding God's purpose and
design for humanity.
4. Gather from each lesson how Jesus uniquely approaches each leadership
opportunity he is granted.
Content:
The tendency has been to discount the body because it identified with the works of the flesh and not always considered of value. However when we look at the scriptures that speak about how fearfully and wonderfully made the body is. When we understand God inhabits our bodies as his temple then the concept of value begins to resonate. This class will speak to that value with deeper insights into why God gave us our bodies and his purpose and intent in and through them.
Learning Outcomes
Each student should leave this class with insight into ancient cultural perspectives about the body. You will be introduced to current values expressed in our culture, how our government now views the human body and how those values play out in the larger cultural narrative. This information is communicated in a way in which you as the student will see Gods hand in human affairs and be able to articulate with efficiency the position of the believer on these cultural issues.

Students should be in a position to:
1. Knowledge of current past and current views of the body.
2. Knowledge of how we arrived where we are culturally.
3. How to both ask and answer from Gods worldview difficult questions concerning His purpose and design for humanity.
Content
This class is designed to help grow each student in their specific ministry context. This class is also intended to strengthen each student in their commitment to the gospel. The very word ministry means to serve but this level of service involves a sacrifice of one’s life to God. This course will outline in detail the cost and blessing of that sacrifice.
Learning Outcomes
The objective of the course is to define, reveal, and practically demonstrate the life of Jesus as one whose will be completely surrendered to the Father. You will learn how to imitate Christ and how to guard the ministry responsibility you’ve been called to. This will lead to the fulfillment of purpose and completion of ministry.

Learn the value of an uncompromising walk with God.
Learn how the behaviors that produce effective and longstanding ministry.
Learn how to target ministry in effective God-directed ways.

Ethics can be is defined as a system of moral principles that provide a basis for decisions making. The term ethic is derived from the Greek word ethos which speaks of custom, habit, character, or disposition. Ethics is always concerned with what is good, right, and just. This class begins by helping to shape an understanding of ethics, this class also defines for the virtues that make up the life of Jesus and the basis of His decision making.
Learning Outcomes
Each student will learn what it means when Jesus said we are to build on a rock (Mt 7:24). Since Jesus being the inaugurator of the Kingdom of God, he serves as the foundation that determines how high we can build. These ethical practices of Jesus integrated in our thinking, decision making, and choices position us for longevity. This among several other outcomes produces the life of faith we seek as a Kingdom citizen.

Students should be in a position to:
Learn the value of ethical decision making that determines successful outcomes.
Learn how to fend off accommodating approaches without capitulating to cultural narratives.
Learn how to process issues by critically thinking through them.

Leadership is not a license to tell people what to do but a God-given responsibility to display and demonstrate exemplary character and patterns of behavior which create and influence culture. This is where this class on the culture of leadership begins and walks the learner through a systematic way of achieving and creating said culture.

Since everything rises and falls on leadership what you will learn reinforces that idea and equips you with the practical tools for enlarging your leadership capacity. The distinctives of leadership will be reviewed to help determine your ability to lead and to measure your capacity.

The Book of James is a how-to book on the Christian Life. This class points out the three main themes of the book of James, Christological Declaration, Perseverance, and Law. Rabbi Michael teaches this from the Jewish perspective highlighting all the nuances someone of His background would notice. James is a study of a life of character and how practically one lives that out.
Learning Outcomes
You will know the foundations of the Christian faith and how to walk that faith out in very practical ways. The journey through James also provides a window into the soul of a man who was named a pillar and prominent leader of the Jerusalem community. He was also the younger brother of Jesus which many believe impacted his understanding of how the Christian life is to be lived out.

1. Learn what produces internal fortitude in living the Christian life.
2. You will be informed of the necessary character God expects from Christians and their leaders.
3. The greatness of one’s faith is only preceded by the greatness of their character and that’s the main transferable trait.

There is a distinct difference between natural and spiritual leadership. While there are many forms of leadership they all fall under two kinds. Natural leadership can be exercised by anyone who develops the skills needed to lead, however spiritual leadership can only be exercised by those born again in spirit who alone have the capacity to see the things God desires to reveal, insights which come from His Kingdom (Jn3:3). This class is designed to approach leadership from that perspective. We were created in his image and likeness and this is where spiritual leadership begins. It is from this backdrop the believer responds to their leadership responsibility.
Learning Outcomes
You will learn where spiritual leadership begins and how it takes shape in a life. The idea reinforced is the co-regency of each person called of God and His expectation of each. The human heart, how and why it is the main focus of God is made clear. The heart is the essence of each person, you will gain insight into how the heart determines leadership capacity and longevity.

In this course you will find the purpose of the emotional life. How our emotions impact our decisions and what one needs to do to have those emotions serve them in the best way. The purpose of emotions is clarified and understood through, the lens used is the word and strategy that leads to God purpose. It is the interior of one’s life God seeks to fill with his presence, it is from that same interior emerges whole and healthy leadership.
Learning Outcomes
You will learn regardless of the outer circumstances how to stay focused and balanced. Emotional Intelligence is a major factor in the development of a leader’s life. You will learn from life greatest leader, Jesus, and how he managed all his relationships while exercising the intelligence needed to remain true to his lifes mission.

1. The 3 basic reasons for leadership failure and how to avoid them.
2. The 5 components of the emotional intelligence Jesus exercised.
3. The importance of personal and relational management.

Many are trapped in lives that are not free because of several possible issues, one they either don’t realize they or they know and refuse to forgive or be forgiven. Whatever the scenario a leader must live a life that has been freed from all the vestiges of unrighteousness. This class has the content to lead a leader down to the road toward the cleansing needed to live a fully empowered life.
Learning Outcomes
You will learn how Jesus produces his kind of freedom in a systematic way. The saying used in this teaching is this “You take broken things back to the one that created them.” That’s just practical thinking, who else knows how a thing functions and therefore malfunctions best. The outcome hoped for is that you learn how people can be freed emotionally. Leadership is taught on many levels but all leaders must learn how to possess their souls.

The leaders emotional state is in itself a transferable capacity. It is out of this state we learn how to lead while leaning into Christ and his strength. We very simply desire all leaders to understand the importance of the freedom of the soul and how the soul must be nurtured. It is out of this area one leads themselves and others.

Content:
This course presents content leading to an in-depth understanding of the differences between two theories, transactional and transformational leadership. You will understand the importance of courage and the five types of courage needed to lead. There are moments of transparency and a deep dive into the Johari window or the four views of self.
Learning Outcomes
This course is designed to move an organization one person at a time from where they are to where they need to be in their leadership capacity. Transformation is a fluid idea and never one that is static. You will learn that transformational leadership is the single most important way to impact any organization. There is no limit to the potential of this class.
Transferrable Capacities
There are several capacities we hope will be transferred. Self-awareness, self-management, and social awareness are three which are dominant and important along with relational management, one's ability to foresee issues before they occur. These and other capacities we consider important and must be what the student imbibes.
